Dennis J. Leonard is President & CEO of Delta Dental of Massachusetts. He had been President of Delta Dental of Massachusetts since 2011. Prior to that he served in many senior leadership roles such as Chief Sales Officer, Regional President and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Leonard has over 38 years of experience in the health care industry, including 16 years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Merrimack College with a B.A. degree in Political Science. He also earned his M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
