Show Notes

Every year approximately 54,000 people in the United States are diagnosed with oral cancer.

Medications and procedures used to treat a variety of cancers can cause mouth problems, including open sores which can be very painful.

Avoiding brushing encourages bacterial growth and inflammation, which makes the problems worse. Which in turn can cause our patients even more pain and disease.

Do you feel confident recommending home care techniques to your patients that are both effective and pain-free?

Jill Meyer-Lippet of Side Effect Support and Frank Dreier of Emmi-dent the touchless toothbrush, share modern innovations that can help your patients reduce harmful bacteria below their gum line without causing pain.
