After a bit of a break from podcasting - I am back- as a new iteration of Blu. Today, through the words of my journal, I sit down to share the lessons I have learned from my time in the Shoonyna retreat, at Sadhuguru's Ashram in Tennessee. We are getting raw, we are getting real, and we are getting back to the truth that has inspired me on Deja Blu Podcast from day 1.
A lot of the path of self development is calling oneself out on ones own bullsh$t and here I am, in front of you all, calling myself out and then calling myself forward in a big way. I share this with the prayer that you receive some inspiration into your own lives - here making the planet more beautiful one breakthrough at a time.
