Mason Collective X Bipolar Sunshine - People In Love

Deeply rooted in the club culture of their hometown for over a decade, Manchester’s Mason Collective’s rise from local promoters to become one of the international scene’s most in demand acts is a clear demonstration of their unique talent. Following their striking two-track EP ‘A Little Affection’ for sister label DFTD, the trio now debut on London house institution Defected with ‘People In Love’ featuring fellow Mancunian singer-songwriter Bipolar Sunshine. Regularly playing in Ibiza this summer for the likes of Paradise, The Martinez Brothers’ residency at Hï and Defected’s own weekly parties, ‘People In Love’ now emerges as a late entry for potential record of the season, its chugging bassline and decadent synth-work making a club-ready backdrop for Bipolar Sunshine’s ethereal vocal.
