Sunderland-born DJ and producer and L.P. Rhythm debuts on Defected with a high energy remix of Eliza Rose x The Trip’s ‘Weekend’. Released in June 2025 with the help of an unforgettable DJ Mag HQ set in London, Eliza Rose’s ‘Weekend’ quickly become a summer staple thanks to her sleek production, quirky vocals and The Trip’s underground edge. The crossover hit has gained nearly three million streams since becoming a certified radio favourite, especially in the UK at BBC Radio 1 where it was Danny Howard’s First Play, Sarah Story’s Future Find and Arielle Free’s Big Whopper.
