Today, I’m joined by a returning guest to the show, Jerry Adams and we are talking about building a strong legacy. You might remember Jerry from back in Episode 112. Jerry is a veteran leader in the steel industry. He’s the guy who steel mills call when they need to improve operational performance. What I love about Jerry is that he focuses primarily on people, and in doing so, he gets amazing results. Jerry is the author of a brand new book called Men of Grit - Strong as Steel: How to Build a Legacy of Unbreakable Strength. In this book, Jerry addresses the crisis of modern masculinity, particularly within the Christian community. He offers a framework for building strength into the lives of men, their sons, and those they lead. I’m excited to talk to him about the importance of building a strong legacy in their homes, at work, and in their communities.
