Today’s guest, John Hear is a Managing Director on Swan's Private Client Service team, Swan's white-glove concierge service for HNWI. He is a passionate Bitcoiner, student of Austrian Economics, and advocate for sound money. Before Swan, John spent nearly 13 years at Goldman Sachs in the Asset Management Division in New York City. His time at Goldman Sachs included institutional sales and fixed income portfolio management, where he oversaw portfolios that ranged in size from hundreds of millions to tens of billions of dollars. Before Goldman Sachs, John graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Finance. In addition to sound money and Bitcoin, John is passionate about ancestral health/nutrition, flow states, Wim Hof breathing, hot/cold exposure, the USA's Founding Fathers, Stoicism, Alan Watts, and hockey.
