This week we have back our first podcast hero, and Death Valley Girl's drummer, Rikki Styxx. While Rikki and I were writing up in her cabin last week we discussed our experience living with anxiety, and how long it took us to realize that was what we had! We also both agreed that our biggest regret was not identifying and treating it earlier. So, we realized that maybe some of you are suffering from anxiety, and we can help you find a way to relieve some of it!!
(Although Rikki does work in sports medicine, we are obviously not doctors (yet:) so this is all personal experience, please only take what helps and leave the rest behind! )
