The start of a new year brings about a time of reflection, to look back at everything you're proud of from the year. It's these things that we would have loved to tell our dead parent about... so instead we're telling each other, and you. Sam's starting the year in Australia, Kat's starting the year without antidepressants and we're both determined to normalise the conversation around death and grief. 2019 is going to be a big year for the DPC, we're on a mission to reach as many DPC members as we can and we are so excited!! We also discuss: the circle of life, feeling responsible for the parent you have left and writing a social media will!
