I found myself always digging a deeper hole for<br>myself when I went to the porn and it only made my life worse. Growing up<br>through my teenage years and early twenties, I had no confidence, always walked<br>all over by others and felt weak as a man.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>At 21, I started my online fitness coaching business and the<br>porn was still taking over my life as I tried to build my business up.
