Vandalia-Butler City Schools sold 10 acres of vacant land from the old Murlin Heights Elementary site to Woodard Development for $760,000. The land, located at 8515 N. Dixie Drive, is part of a larger 20-acre Sudachi Gateway plan for shops, eateries, offices, and homes.
