Three Ohio National Guard airmen, Tech Sergeant Tyler Simmons, Captain Seth Koval, and Captain Curtis Angst, who died in a plane crash in Iraq, are returning home this Sunday to Rickenbacker Airport. The airmen, who served with the one twenty-first Air Refueling Wing in Columbus, were hometown heroes from Columbus and Stoutsville. A memorial fund has been set up to support their grieving families, and a sky tribute was held in their honor. Ohioans are united in gratitude for their sacrifice.
