How often do you sleep at the same hour? Do you usually sacrifice sleep during the week or weekend and then try to recover from it?
The activity that many young people and adults still sacrifice first is sleeping, moving their schedule, skipping ours, convincing themselves that with just a few hours is enough, etc. Nevertheless, research indicates that the more inconsistent you're with hour to sleep and duration, the more disruption you will have in terms of your reactions, concentration, mood regulation and of course productivity! Even your relationships can be affected by playing with such a serious need for your brain and body!
