Mindfulness Based Ethical Living (MBEL) is an organized, contemplative system carefully designed for anyone who seeks to care for their own and others’ lives, here in this world. MBEL is a practice curriculum that addresses the psychological, ethical, and philosophical dimensions of the human experience and has been developed for those who seek a more expansive understanding for their practice of mindfulness.
