Just about every NFL fan on the planet knows the New Orleans Saints are in cap hell and football purgatory. While there is no easy way out, the No. 1 question for this team is clear: Do you stick with Derek Carr at quarterback, or do you “tank,” cut Carr and eat his salary and most likely go with either Spencer Rattler or a cheap free agent?
