The New Orleans Saints deserve an apology, so let’s give them plenty. After they steamrolled the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday to go to a very convincing 2-0, we are handing out deep fried crow po-boys (dressed any way you like). That’s right, Derek Carr, Alvin Kamara, Dennis Allen … and even Trevor Penning … come get ya some. And while host Jim Derry saves one of those savory sandwiches for himself, he also pokes a little fun at Cowboys fans along the way on the Dattitude Podcast (Ep. 279) presented by Evangeline Securities, as viewers and listeners weigh in plenty during “Mano E Monday.” Jim plays clips from a crying Cowboys fan, Allen, Carr and Kamara, and we ask, “Is it OK now to jump on the “Hype Train” with both feet? Oh, and what about the upcoming game against the Philadelphia Eagles. (Maybe that can wait until Wednesday.)
