It has been 6 straight weeks of misery for the New Orleans Saints, but the immediate future looks bright with the likely return of starting quarterback Derek Carr against a team in much worse shape than they are: NFC South rival Carolina.
In the grand scheme of things, though, how much happier will Who Dats be if they improve from 2-6 to 3-6? Could this potentially be the start of a run with games at home the next 2 weeks vs. Atlanta and Jameis Winston’s Cleveland Browns?
We’ll talk amongst ourselves on Wednesday’s Dattitude Podcast (Ep. 302) presented by Evangeline Securities. The Athletic’s Larry Holder joins host Jim Derry, who also holds his weekly segment, “Wednesdays with Gabe Henderson.” Jim also touches on the Pelicans, who have now dropped two games in a row, and Tulane’s Halloween game at Charlotte.
