Shame holds us back from what we truly want and need in dating, sex, and relationships. Jessica Stahl shares how she transformed her shame into something else - something way more empowering in the form of a feminist cartoon named Vanillacooldance, which takes on taboos around female sexual pleasure, normalizing bodies, speaking up for yourself in dating, and so much more. Jessica and I talked about how she created VCD, how to address shame around sexual pleasure, and how to speak up for your needs. We also discussed how to have more self-compassion and heal from a toxic relationship with self-development.
