Glaspalast und Lokomotiven: Am 15. Juli 1854 eröffnete die Erste Allgemeine Deutsche Industrieausstellung in München. Doch dass zu einer modernen Stadt auch eine Kanalisation gehörte, bedachte man noch nicht. Prompt kam die Quittung. Autorin: Yvonne Maier
