In the morning when the rooster speaks He wakes up for prayer, and this is the time for prayers to be accepted.

عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ،رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْه:قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
لَا تَسُبُّوا الدِّيكَ، فَإِنَّهُ يُوقِظُ لِلصَّلَاةِ .
*نبی کریمﷺ کا فرمان*
مرغ کو گالی مت دیا کرو ، اس لیے
کہ یہ نماز کے لیے جگاتا

صبح کے وقت جب مرغ بولتا ہے
وہ نماز کے لیے جگاتا ہے اور یہ وقت
دعاؤں کی قبولیت کا وقت ہوتا ہے
