Even if the covenant is with the disbelievers, it must be fulfilled.
*🌴درسِ حدیث🌴
عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْه قَالَ:
فَجَاءَ أَبُو جَنْدَلٍ يَحْجُلُ فِي قُيُودِهِ
فَرَدَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ
*ترجمہ*
۔۔۔چنانچہ ابوجندل رضی اللہ عنہ بیڑیوں
کو گھسیٹتے ہوئے آئے ، تو آپ ﷺ نے
انہیں ( شرائط معاہدہ کے مطابق )
مشرکین کو واپس کر دیا ۔
*عنوان*
عہد و پیماں کفار کے ساتھ بھی ہو تو
اسکو پورا کرنا لازم ہے
