Recommending to become a judge is also against the shari'ah, even if he becomes a judge by paying a bribe.
*🌴درسِ حدیث🌴*
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
مَنْ وَلِيَ الْقَضَاءَ، أَوْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا
بَيْنَ النَّاسِ، فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ
*نبی کریمﷺ کا فرمان*
جس شخص کو منصب قضاء پر
فائز کیا گیا یا جو لوگوں کا قاضی
بنایا گیا، ( گویا ) وہ بغیر چھری
کے ذبح کیا گیا
*عنوان*
قاضی اور جج بننے کے لئے سفارش
کروانا بھی مزاجِ شریعت کے خلاف
چہ جائیکہ کہ رشوت دے کر جج بنے
