After putting motherhood on the backburner to focus on her career, Michelle found herself pregnant, at a really pivotal moment in her tech start up, Sunroom (a social media platform that provides women and non-binary people a safe place to share content and be paid for that content). This conversation is a really honest look at women in the workplace and how motherhood can be seen to hold us back.
