He was editor-in-chief of Groove magazine, a leading electronic music magazine, for almost two decades and has hosted his own radio show. Heiko curated a photo and video exhibition, catalog and music compilation on the history of Berlin club culture called No Photos on the Dance Floor! Berlin 1989 – Today at CO Berlin. He works at electronic music platform Beatport and is a visiting professor at the Clive Davis Institute for Recorded Music at NYU.
