Can a town be cursed? Dryden, New York has only 3,000 residents but in the early to mid 1990s, there was an unusual amount of death, murder and tragedy. The town became known as The Village of the Damned.

Dryden, New York is a beautiful farming village. People live happy lives there. But in 1989, a litany of tragedy struck the small community. First, the Harris Family was murdered before their home was set on fire. A mother suffocated her own baby. A coach was shot and killed by an obsessed teenager. Two cheerleaders were abducted and horribly murdered before being dismembered. People died in car accidents, by suicide, and the town gained a new moniker: Village of the Damned
