Harvey Miguel Robinson was an unruly high school kid with a bad attitude. People in Allentown, Pennsylvania remember him as a violent bully with a hair trigger temper. But when women and girls began to be murdered in the early 1990s, no one suspected a child was the killer. They were wrong.

Allentown, Pennsylvania was a depressed but safe place to live until, in the early 1990s, women began being murdered in their homes. Then a 15 year old girl was murdered on her paper route. The police chased the killer but had no luck because they were looking for an adult. They came up with a plan to stake out a previous victim and survivor's home to see if the killer would return to finish the job. He did and when the cops finally had him in custody, they were shocked to find out the killer was just a boy
