Gary DeVore worked with the A-List of Hollywood. He was successful beyond his wildest dreams but he was also disillusioned with his work and had become more interested in writing about politics. When he came across a story about Manuel Noriega blackmailing US Officials with secretly videotaped sex acts with children, he went down the rabbit hole. Then he ended up dead. Or did he? His Ford Explorer was found crashed in an aqueduct near Palmdale, California and there was a body inside; a body that was missing its hands. Gary DeVore had a disfigured finger that made his hands very distinctive. Had someone put a body in Gary's car and removed its hands because that body didn't belong to Gary? And if so, what happened to Gary DeVore? A British researcher and professor named Matthew Alford becomes obsessed with this story and decides to make a documentary about it. What he uncovers is more shocking than anyone could imagine but after years of research, and additional deaths tied to this story, he abandons the project completely and refuses to speak about it.
