Shelly Boggio was just 14 years old. She was out partying with a group of adults, Jack Pearcy, James Dailey and Gayle Bailey. Before the night was over, Shelly Boggio was dead, left naked on a Florida beach. The adults point fingers at each other and many are convinced, one of them is innocent.

James Dailey, Jack Pearcy and Oza Shaw were young men living together in Florida. They had a bad reputation and routinely hit on young girls in the area. When Shelly Boggio came into their group, she had no way of knowing that her night of partying would be her last night on earth. After her body was found, Jack Pearcy pointed the finger at James Dailey and despite there being very little evidence that James Dailey was involved, he was convicted and sentenced to death row for Shelly's murder. Defense attorneys have been working for years to get James Dailey released from prison and their efforts matter more now than ever because James Dailey is facing imminent execution by the State of Florida
