1990s Las Vegas was a wild place to be. The mafia was still running the show but the FBI was onto them. The mob task force opened a fake bar and restaurant meant to draw Las Vegas gangsters to the club. It was called Sea Breeze. The FBI had the entire place bugged and listened as the mobsters got more and more comfortable speaking openly in the club about their criminal activity. Fat Herbie was running several rackets in Vegas and things were going well but when the Caruso family from LA moved into Las Vegas, and had a run in with Fat Herbie one night at a strip club, tensions began to rise. The sit down went south and soon, Fat Herbie's fate was sealed
