Darren West is going through old boxes in his garage in Pleasant Grove, Utah one day. He comes upon a box that smells bad and when he opens it, he cannot believe what he finds. It is the decomposed body of an infant. Horrified, Darren calls the police not realizing this is just the beginning. As the police search the garage, they find box after box after box and they all contain the same thing.

Megan Huntsman and her husband Darren West were drug users who hid it from everyone in their lives, or so they thought. Darren goes to prison for possession and Megan is forced to move out of their home. Years later, Darren is released and he goes back to the house, owned by his parents, to get things out of the garage. He finds a strange looking box that smells bad and he opens it. He cannot believe what he finds inside. It is the decomposing body of a newborn infant. Darren calls the police who arrive at the house and begin going through the garage. They open box after box after box and inside each box is the body of a decomposing infant. How many times has Megan Huntsman been pregnant? How many times has she murdered her babies?
