Blaine Norris and Brian Trimble were coworkers. Both of the men were in unhappy marriages and looking for something else in life. Blaine Norris decided to make a horror film he intended to call Through Hike. The problem was, Blaine had no money, no skill and no talent. He forged ahead anyway. Brian Trimble's wife, Randi Trimble didn't want her husband involved in this amateur film production and she wouldn't allow Brian to act as cameraman. Randi Trimble was standing in their way and so Blaine Norris and Brian Trimble formed an evil plan to get rid or Randi and cash in on her life insurance policy
