Candice Puthawala spent 18 years working in the fashion industry, traveling the world and experiencing opportunities that most people only dream of. While following her dreams, she also barely had time to breathe let alone meditate and focus on her mental health. understatement. By living this way, she burned out her entire body and became ill. Along with an autoimmune disease, she found herself having no more inspiration in her life.
