Rachel Gersten is a licensed therapist and certified health coach based in New York City. She's the co-founder of Viva Wellness , which is almost a coaching company revolving around mental health, and holistic health services to help improve your life for the better. Rachel completed her undergraduate degree at the Arizona State University where she double majored in psychology and human development, and attended Teachers College Columbia University where she earned two masters degrees in counseling!
