At 23 years old, Jessica Kent was incarcerated on drug and gun-related charges in Arkansas. Shortly after her arrest, Jessica discovered she was pregnant. Though she was still struggling with withdrawals, she was given very little support in prison. When she gave birth in prison at ago 24, the process was barbaric as she was chained to the bed and not allowed to get up, even to use the bathroom for 48 hours afterwards. Today she uses her YouTube channel to talk about addiction, PTSD, and other issues she believes in.
