Sharon Lecter is an entrepreneur, a best-selling author, and an accountant. She talks about how people let fear stop them from being successful. Fear can often be paralyzing, but if you are able to start identifying the fear, you will be able to let it go. The Napoleon Hill Foundation asked her to reimagine the teachings of Napoleon Hill. He believed that fear would be the death of achievement.
She grew up never wanting to be an entrepreneur. But she then realized that if you're not an entrepreneur, you'll be working for yourself. So she took a risk and left her job to be an entrepreneur. She is a big advocate of education. She believes that more children would go on and choose more adventurous career paths if the school system encouraged it.
