Chess Britt was born in Germany and moved to Georgia as a child. He talks about growing up being a competitive athlete and going to college. Chess started with Primerica in a clerical position for $850/month. When he learned more about the company and the people he was working with, Chess started loving the work. He talks about what it was like to work for the company at the very beginning and watching the company grow.
Chess and Daniel talk about working together with people when you don't always agree with them. It's important to listen to people before turning down their opinion. This way you can work together and find a solution for everyone.
