Reid Rothenberg, 37, convicted of capital murder for killing two men in Arlington, TX in 2022. The jurys verdict resulted in an automatic life sentence without parole. Rothenberg, who forced his way into a home and opened fire, took the lives of 84-year-old George Nitsche and 41-year-old Matthew Stuart. The victims family, including Elizabeth Hearn, who survived the attack, was left devastated. Rothenberg, who knew at least one of the victims, is now in Tarrant County Jail, awaiting transfer to a state prison to serve his life sentence.
