Show Notes
Severe storms and flooding threaten North Texas today, with the highest risks east and southeast of Dallas-Fort Worth. Scattered storms could bring damaging winds, large hail, and heavy rain, while a wind advisory is in effect for the region. Tuesday nights storms caused power outages and damage, but conditions should improve this afternoon. Showers will move southwest, with temperatures in the mid-sixties. Tonight, temperatures will drop into the thirties and forties under breezy north winds. Looking ahead, Thursday will be sunny and dry, warming up to the upper seventies and near ninety degrees over the weekend. A cold front arrives Sunday, cooling us back to the fifties and sixties early next week.
