Kaitlyn Rose Laura, a 31-year-old mother from Glen Rose, Texas, has been arrested for allegedly abusing her three-year-old son, causing serious harm. Shes facing charges of serious bodily injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Texas Child Protective Services removed the child from her care, and shes been ordered to have no contact with him or any children under 17. Investigators are also looking into possible medical fraud due to multiple GoFundMe pages she set up for her sons medical bills. The Tarrant County Sheriffs Office is committed to protecting children and will pursue every lead in this case.
