The Dallas Cowboys have signed quarterback Sam Howell to a one-year deal, making him their third-string option. Howell, a fifth-round pick, impressed in his NFL debut against the Cowboys in 2023, throwing for 169 yards and a touchdown. Since then, hes started 17 games for Washington, going 4-13.
