Ukraine is "fully committed" to further dialogue with U.S. representatives on ways to end the war with Russia, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said as he named a high-level delegation to attend a U.S.-Ukraine meeting in Saudi Arabia this week.
After a spat between Zelenskyy, U.S. President Donald Trump and U.S. Vice President JD Vance at the White House on Feb. 28, Washington announced it was suspending military aid and intelligence sharing to Ukraine, which was followed by an increase in Russian aggression in recent days.
