Young and the Restless spoilers see the character Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) finds himself in a dire financial situation due to the actions of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). As a result, Cane is contemplating returning to his old ways, and is planning a revenge against Victor and Phyllis.
Y&R spoilers reveal Cane is shocked to learn that all his assets in the Arabesque are gone, leading him to fire his accountant. Despite this setback, Cane still owns a considerable amount of real estate in Genoa City and is looking to rebuild his empire. The Newman Enterprises empire, currently controlled by Phyllis, is a tempting target for Cane's revenge. Cane is holding a grudge against Victor for his involvement in a kidnapping conspiracy with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Cane is also furious at Phyllis for stealing the AI and handing it over to Victor, resulting in his downfall.
Y&R spoilers suggest Phyllis will try to probe Cane's intentions and whether he is truly done with Lily. However, Cane seems to be more interested in punishing Phyllis and Victor, rather than rekindling an old romance.
Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that Cane might play along with Phyllis's attempts to lure him back, only to double-cross her in the end. He may also seek the help of Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) who might possess a backup of the stolen AI.
More Y&R spoilers indicate Cane's revenge plot could also involve taking over the Newman Enterprises and giving it back to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), effectively barring Victor from ever being a part of the company again.
