Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore), who is suffering from aplastic anemia, makes a shocking return. In an unexpected twist, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) might hold the key to redeeming himself in Lily Winters' (Christel Khalil) eyes. As the storyline unfolds, it is revealed that Malcolm's life could be saved by a bone marrow transplant, but Lily, who had hoped to be the donor, is not a match due to her past cancer treatment.
