He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.” Matthew 11:28 (NIV): “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Jesus, in this moment, I come gently into Your presence. I do not rush—I slow down and rest in You. You are with me. You are not distant. You are not far away. You are close, steady, and present in every part of this day. You quiet me with Your love. Where my thoughts have been busy, bring stillness. Where my heart has been unsettled, bring calm. Where I have carried weight, bring rest. I come to You. I do not carry everything alone. I place what I am holding into Your hands, knowing that You receive me with kindness and not pressure. Jesus, remind me that I am held. That I am known. That I am not forgotten. I rest in Your care. Jesús, en Tu amor encuentro descanso y calma para mi corazón. Jesus, no Teu amor encontro descanso e paz para o meu coração. From São Paulo to Vancouver, from Nairobi to Madrid, across every place ithe middle of this day, You are present. You are gentle. You are restoring Your people. So I slow down. I breathe.
