Across Brazil, India, the USA, Africa, and here in the UK, people whisper these same words: “You are my refuge.” Senhor Jesus, sê o meu refúgio agora. You welcome me into a place of safety that is not shaken by the noise or pressure surrounding my life. When the night feels heavy or uncertain, You remain steady and gentle. Matthew 11:28 speaks directly into this hour. You invite the weary to come close, to breathe out the tension of the day, and to rest in Your presence. Jesus, help me lay down every thought that tries to cling to my mind. Quiet the inner noise. Restore my strength. Let this be a moment of surrender where Your peace rises softly within me. Your refuge is not a distant place; it is the nearness of Your presence. Jesus, be my safe dwelling tonight. Guard my heart from worry. Guide my thoughts into calm. Let Your light rest upon my home, my family, and everyone I hold in prayer. Obrigado, Jesus, por ser o meu lugar seguro. As night unfolds, let comfort, assurance, and steady hope surround me.
