In these first moments, when thoughts rush in and concerns feel heavier than the dawn itself, draw me beneath tua proteção divina, Your divine covering that steadies the heart. You promise that under Your wings I will find refuge, so I lean into that refuge now, trusting that nothing in this day stands outside Your care. Senhor, cobre meu coração — Lord, cover my heart — and lift the weight I carry into this morning. Let Your hope, esperança renovada, breathe fresh strength into places that feel tired or anxious. Jesus, You know the unseen pressures that meet me when I open my eyes; You know the expectations, the responsibilities, the quiet fears I rarely speak aloud. Meet me here in the beginning of the day and hold my spirit steady. Let Your peace rise within me like the calm of a soft sunrise, settling my mind and centering my thoughts on Your presence. When anxiety pushes forward, push back with Your comfort; when doubt tries to shape my morning, shape it instead with Your truth.
