When the dark hours stir old fears or hidden worries begin to rise, Your voice speaks gently: “Don’t be afraid; just believe.” So I choose to believe Your peace is stronger than every anxious thought. I choose to trust Your presence even when my emotions feel unsettled. Jesus, breathe calm into my heart and steady every place that feels fragile. Bring refuge to those across Brazil who lie awake searching for reassurance. Let families in the USA and India sense Your nearness, and cover Moçambique and Timor-Leste with peace that holds firm through the night. Where fear whispers, let Your esperança que sustenta speak louder. Where uncertainty presses, let Your light anchor the heart. Jesus, be the strong refuge around my mind, guarding my thoughts from every fear that tries to return. Lift the heaviness that sometimes comes in the dark hours and replace it with quiet confidence in Your care. I rest tonight not in my own strength, but in Your faithful love. You are my shelter. You are my fortress. You are the One who carries me through every hour, even the silent hours before dawn. Jesus, be my refuge now and through the night ahead.
