Tonight, let Your presence settle over me like soft night air, calming the thoughts that linger and restoring the strength that slipped away with the day’s demands. You invite me into peace — not just sleep, but a deeper rest that steadies the heart and clears the mind. “Em paz me deitarei e dormirei.” Jesus, let this truth guide my breathing tonight. Bring peace into the memories that feel unsettled and into the places where emotion still stirs beneath the surface. Help me release what I cannot resolve right now and trust that You are holding what I cannot carry into tomorrow. I ask You to bring gentle healing to the small wounds of today — the frustrations, the disappointments, the moments of pressure or uncertainty. “Restaura minha alma nesta noite tranquila.” Restore my soul in this peaceful night. Let Your presence move through every corner of my heart with kindness, renewing what feels fragile and lifting what feels heavy. Wrap me in Your deep rest, the kind that comes from knowing I am seen, loved, and safe. As I prepare to sleep, let Your peace guard my mind. Let Your salvation shape my hope. And let Your gentle love be the final word over this day.
