Psalm 91:15 — Jesus, Meet Me in This Evening Hour and Bring Peace to the Battles I Carried Today - Welcome to Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper, broadcasting from London and reaching listeners across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Spain, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. As the evening begins and the pace of the day starts to slow, we pause together and bring the events of this day before Jesus. Psalm 91:15 (NIV) says: “He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honour him.” Psalm 121 reminds us that the Lord watches over us and keeps us from harm, guarding our lives both now and forevermore. As we move from the busyness of the day toward the quiet of the evening, we remember that God remains present in every moment. Lord Jesus, as the day begins to settle, we bring before You everything we have carried today. Where there has been pressure or difficulty, bring peace to our hearts. Where there has been disappointment or fatigue, restore our strength. Help us release every worry into Your hands. Teach us to trust that You are working even when we cannot see the outcome yet. Jesús, trae paz a nuestros corazones esta tarde y llénanos con Tu descanso. Jesus, traz paz aos nossos corações nesta tarde e renova a nossa esperança. Lord, thank You for walking with us through this day. As evening arrives, help us rest in the assurance that You are still guiding our steps.
