Psalm 91:14–15 — Jesus, Stay Near Me in the Night and Let Your Presence Carry Me Into Tomorrow With Peace Welcome to Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper, live from London — reaching Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile. Psalm 91:14–15 (NIV): “Because he loves Me… I will rescue him; I will protect him… I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him…” Salmo 91:14–15 — “Porque ele Me ama… Eu o resgatarei… Eu estarei com ele na angústia…” “The Lord is my Shepherd.” / “O Senhor é o meu Pastor.” / “El Señor es mi Pastor.” Romans 15:13 (NIV): “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him…” Jesus, as this day closes and the final hour settles around me, I come to You with everything I am — tired, hopeful, searching, believing. Senhor Jesus, thank You for staying close through every moment I understood and every moment I didn’t. Tonight, I rest in the truth that You love me, You protect me, and You will carry me into tomorrow with paz profunda, paz verdadeira, verdadera paz. Where the day left wounds, heal them. Where I felt fear, calm it. Where I felt overwhelmed, lift me. Where my thoughts feel scattered, gather them gently into Your care. Jesus, stay near — fica perto, quédate cerca — let Your presence stand at the edge of my night like a light that refuses to go out. If tomorrow holds challenges, prepare me. If tomorrow holds decisions, guide me. If tomorrow holds unexpected pressures, steady me. I trust You with what I see and what I cannot see. I trust You with the quiet things inside me that I cannot explain. Fill my breathing with Your peace. Fill my mind with Your hope. Fill my heart with the assurance that You are already in my tomorrow. Tonight, I surrender every fear, every noise, every weight. Jesus, wrap my rest in Your segurança, seguridad, safety. Guard my sleep. Guard my home. Guard my thoughts. Let no harm approach, no shadow disturb, no anxiety rise. Jesus, as this day ends, I choose to end it with You. Hold me through this night. Deliver me from fear. Strengthen me for tomorrow. And let Your love — unwavering, unchanging, eternal — be the peace that carries me into a new day.
